Last lesson we looked at barriers that prevented certain persons/groups from access to the law. This lesson we will look at the concepts of ‘fairness’ and ‘justice’, and ways in which the legal system attempts to grant all persons equal access through the provision of legal aid.
As a class brainstorm the groups in society who may experience unequal access to the law.
